The Maritime Museum of British Columbia

The British Columbia Maritime Museum, located in Victoria, British Columbia, preserves and shares the rich maritime history of Canada's West Coast. Its collection highlights the vessels, technologies, and stories that shaped transportation, trade, and life along the Pacific coastline. For this project, four iconic subjects were selected from the museum's collection and exhibits: the Princess Marguerite, the Trekka, the SV Dorothy, the Tilikum and the legendary clipper ship Thermopylae. Each illustration was carefully researched to accurately capture the unique details and character of these important pieces of maritime history.
